Know Your Customer (KYC)

We are committed to upholding "Know Your Customer" principles to prevent financial crimes and money laundering through thorough client identification and due diligence.

We reserve the right to request any necessary KYC documentation at any time to verify the identity and location of any Account holder at Club World Casinos. Services, payments, or withdrawals may be restricted until sufficient identification is provided, or for any other reason at our sole discretion within the legal framework.

Adopting a risk-based approach, we conduct rigorous due diligence checks and continuously monitor all clients, customers, and transactions. In accordance with money laundering regulations, we employ three levels of due diligence checks based on risk, transaction details, and customer history:

  • Simplified Due Diligence: Applied to very low-risk transactions that do not meet specified thresholds.
  • Customer Due Diligence: Our standard level for verification and identification, used in most cases.
  • Enhanced Due Diligence: Used for high-risk customers, large transactions, or special circumstances.

Additionally, if a user requests a withdrawal of any amount at Club World Casinos, or attempts or completes a transaction considered suspicious, the Customer is required to complete the full KYC process.

Depending on the verification checks required, we may request the following from you:

  • A valid, government-issued photo identification.
  • Proof of address, such as a utility bill or bank statement sent to your residence within the last three months.
  • Front and back images of any payment cards used for deposits.
  • A live selfie.

To prevent identity theft, fraud, and underage gambling, we collaborate with a leading certified identity verification partner to conduct identity checks. The verification process is customer-initiated and accessed through a secure portal on our website. You will not be asked to send verification documents via email, and the documents you provide are not stored on our Company's servers.

Our Verification Team strives to review submitted documents within 2-3 business days and will keep you informed of the process via email.

If a Customer's KYC process is unsuccessful, the decision and its rationale are documented and stored in the Customer's file within our systems. The outcome will be communicated to the Customer.

If a Customer fails to complete, only partially completes, or is suspected of providing fraudulent or counterfeit information or documents during the KYC process, restrictions may be placed on their Account, which may also result in the Account's closure.
