ACH Transfers
We are pleased to resume offering ACH withdrawals
We will incur the initial processing costs for the first ACH withdrawal in any rolling 28 day period however the intermediary banks handling the transaction will deduct their fees from the withdrawal amount while the funds are in transit. As such the amount you receive will be slightly less than the amount processed.
Due to the high charges we incur for these payments, any subsequent withdrawals within the 28 days will be charged at 2% to contribute towards our processing costs. This percentage will be deducted from the requested withdrawal amount prior to processing and so the remaining amount will also be subject to the fees from the intermediary banks.
Payments broken into installments due to our weekly cashout restrictions will count as one withdrawal request so our 2% fee does not apply.
Please remember that withdrawals will be returned to the payment method used to fund the account wherever possible.
Please note that we require all players to verify their account before any withdrawals will be processed. To verify your account please download, complete and sign our verification form and return it to us along with proof of address, proof of ID and proof of possession for any credit cards used to fund your account.

Please also note that, apart from Network Progressive Jackpot wins, the maximum withdrawal per week is $/£/€3,000. As such cash out requests of a larger amount will be paid in weekly instalments.
